Here are the best LoL Worlds betting sites for 2026:
The League of Legends World Championship 2026
It’s important to know how the tournament works before getting into LoL World Championship betting. Worlds is a month-long tournament that will take place between October 15 and November 14 in North America (Los Angeles, Texas, and New York). The 19 best teams from across the world participate.
LoL Worlds 2026 goes across three stages. First, the play-in advancing one team out of four to the next stage. Then, the Swiss stage. Lastly, the playoffs as a single-elimination best-of-five bracket between the eight out of 16 teams that advanced from Swiss. On November 14, one team will be crowned as the 2026 LoL World Champion.

Can you bet on the LoL World Championship?
Not only can you, it’s also the most popular esports event when it comes to betting. In 2025, the average bet stake at Worlds was of 77€, stumping every other major event across other games.
There’s a good number of categories to bet on, and this LoL Worlds betting guide is there to help pick them correctly.
Event
First, there are bets across the event as a whole, the outright odds. While those aren’t all available yet, here are some examples of betting categories for the tournament:
- Winning team: Bet on the team that’ll win the World Championship.
- Region of winner: Bet on the region that’ll win the event.
- To reach the final: The two teams to make it to the World grand final.
- To reach the Knockout stage: The eight teams that’ll go to the quarterfinals.
Most of these are self-explanatory. Some only have a single correct choice (like betting on the winning team, or on the region of the winner), while others have multiple valid options. The single-choice bets aren’t necessarily the riskiest either. Betting on the outright winner is risky, sure, but banking on Korea winning Worlds should be safer than on whether G2 Esports reaches the quarterfinals or not.
Match
Next, each match has its set of bets. In the case of a series, those bets are divided into match or individual maps. Match bets are simpler and are decided by the relative strength of teams rather than more precise parameters.
- Series winner
- Total maps over or under a threshold
- Odd or even number of maps: This one has different implications for best-of-threes and best-of-fives. In a Bo3, an odd number of maps implies that the match went to three games, the maximum number while even requires a 2-0. In a Bo5, odd means either 3-0 or 3-2.
- Map handicap: Bet on which team finishes with a higher game score when adding the handicap to the score. “-2.5 handicap” means going 3-0. “+2.5 handicap” is valid for any score that isn’t 0-3.
- Exact map score
- Total number of kills over or under a threshold
- Number of kills for Team A / Team B over or under a threshold
- Series duration over or under a threshold
Map
Last come bets on individual maps. These bets require better knowledge of the teams on average. Some teams are worse in the first game then recalibrate, while others regularly go 2-0 before dropping one map. T1 and Hanwha Life Esports have much higher kill counts than LYON or Gen.G.
- Map winner
- Team to get first blood
- First team to reach a certain number of kills
- Total number of kills
- Number of kills for Team A / Team B
- Map duration
- Kill handicap: Functions like the map handicap.
- Total barons slain
- Number of dragons/barons slain
Some options are also purely random, such as betting on the baron type (33% chances) or on the first dragon type (17% chances). There are also stats for players; and lastly, combinations of several categories (Team A wins and total kills under a threshold).

Best LoL Worlds betting sites
There are a variety of options to bet on this event. These are our best LoL betting sites for Worlds. Note that they are not accessible in all countries – notably, the United States or a good part of Europe.
Stake.com
Stake.com: Pros & Cons
- Hundreds of casino games
- Massive sports coverage
- Exclusive casino games
- Accepts crypto payments
- Not available everywhere
Our highest rated betting website, Stake.com has a great exclusive welcome bonus. This site also allows placing bets with crypto, and also has a great diversity of games should one want to branch out. As a heads up, it doesn’t have the most laptop-friendly interface.
GG.Bet
Pros & Cons
- Huge variety of sports and esports
- Hundreds of top-quality casino games
- Bet builder
- Android app
- 24/7 support
- Not available in all regions
A very popular betting website for a reason, GG.Bet offers fixtures faster than the alternatives. GG.Bet already has options for LoL World Championship betting two weeks ahead of time. It has a clear interface, good value, and is among the most reliable options.
Thunderpick.io
Pros & Cons
- Esports focused betting site
- Same game combos
- Esports event promos
- Fast payouts
- No mobile app
A solid alternative to the above, this site is more reliable for smaller matches. While GG.Bet or Stake.com will sometimes not offer odds for certain smaller-interest matches, chances are that Thunderpick.io will still have them. Thunderpick is reliable in particular for outright odds.

Rollbit
Rollbit: Pros and Cons
- Chat with other players
- Take part in various challenges
- Expansive help center
- Detailed sports and casino coverage
- Not available in all countries
Like GG.Bet, Rollbit also opens its bets early. The League of Legends landing page doesn’t display all matches right away, but they’re available behind the categories. Rollbit allows for betting on matches 4 and 5 of a series ahead of time, while other sites only open these for live betting.
Duelbits
Duelbits: Pros & Cons
- Extensive offerings
- Cryptocurrencies supported
- Instant payouts
- Intuitive interface
- Many countries are restricted
Duelbits is a more specialized website. It has fewer options than all above websites, with some matches having very few bets available. However, Duelbits will occasionally also offer niche options that the others won’t give, and it also allows for bets on games 4 and 5. Duelbits is definitely worth checking out in case.

LoL Worlds betting guide: How to bet on League of Legends
In order to place good LoL Worlds bets, it’s important to be knowledgeable on the tournament and its participants. To that end, our League of Legends News page will include guides and previews of the event over the next few weeks.

Take risks or bet on safety?
Naturally, the bets with a less likely outcome have a bigger payoff, and the other way around. While there is no definitive answer to what end to go for, what’s important is to know where the traps and hidden gems lie.
Some strong teams consistently win against weaker opponents, while others are more likely to lose games they shouldn’t. The consistent teams make for easier, small payoffs, so long as one avoids the more volatile ones.
The best teams at LoL Worlds
There are 19 teams participating at the 2026 League of Legends World Championship. While most of them are out of consideration as potential winners of the event, this year doesn’t have a clear favorite. These are the noteworthy teams and how to bet with them.
- Gen.G: Theoretically the best team in the World for the third time in a row, Gen.G has a puzzling incapability to reach the final. Despite being the clear favorites to win in 2025 and 2024, they still lost in the semifinal twice. Gen.G is an easy bet against any opponent in the Swiss stage, but history speaks against them afterwards or as an outright winner.
- Hanwha Life Esports: The runner-up behind Gen.G, HLE is an explosive team. HLE has a good shot at winning Worlds and they will reach the playoffs, but they could lose any Bo1.
- T1: History doesn’t define the future, but T1 has made an ironclad case for themselves at Worlds. While never looking like the best, they’ve won three years in a row. This team is never a safe bet in Swiss, but they’ll always punch above their odds in the Knockout stage.
- Bilibili Gaming: The most likely non-Korean team to win Worlds, BLG will never go into a match-up as an underdog. However, the LPL has yet to ever win a single match against T1 at Worlds.
- G2 Esports: The LEC champion will almost certainly not win Worlds, but they’re ranked lower than their true level on the outright odds. No bet on G2 will ever be safe, as they can upset any opponent while regularly losing to the weakest ones.

LoL Worlds bets on regions
Korea wins the vast majority of World Championships, followed by China. Three teams from each of these regions will near-certainly reach the quarterfinals. The LCK should even have all four teams in the Knockout stage.
As for Europe or North America, nothing is less certain. G2 is good, but they fumble against NA and generally in Bo1s. LCS teams only make it through the Swiss stage when they have easy draws. Lastly, the unknown strength of the LCP will throw a wrench in the West’s plans.
Europe or North America will make it past the play-in. So far, Karmine Corp has a track record of losing those matches and NA should advance. This will not be a safe bet either way.
Historically, the LCS and LPL weaken over the course of the event. On the other hand, the LEC and LCK power up due to the meta evolving on a single patch.
LoL World Championship: Betting on pace
In 2026, the majority of top teams has adopted an action-heavy playstyle. Expect many more kills than in previous years. T1, HLE, BLG, G2, Top Esports, and Invictus Gaming lead the charge in kill counts, joined by the representatives from the LCP and CBLOL. However, kill counts will be lower than at the Mid-Season Invitational and Esports World Cup due to bot lane mages withdrawing from the meta.
Games mostly end with the second Baron, with a duration of 28 to 38 minutes. Most outliers stay within 24 to 45 minutes.
