Amazon Jackpots Review 2026: Is Amazon Jackpots Legit?

How does Amazon Jackpots work?

Amazon Jackpots is a sweepstakes casino that offers eligible players access to freemium casino-style games among other services. As a sweepstakes casino site, it runs on a free-to-play model where you play the available games using virtual currencies instead of real money.

What are the Amazon Jackpots virtual currencies?

Like most sweepstakes casinos, Amazon Jackpots is powered by two virtual currencies, which it calls Gold Coins (GC) and Sweepstakes Coins (SC). Interestingly, during our Courtside review, we found virtual currencies with different names but similar functions.

That said, Amazon Jackpots’ GC are used for entertainment alone and are awarded to the site’s players via bonuses, promotions, gameplay, and optional GC pack purchases. They can’t be transferred between accounts and can only be used onsite.

You can also use the site’s SC to play your preferred Amazon Jackpots casino-style games. Once you sign up, the site awards you SC through bonuses, promotions, and your gameplay. You can’t purchase SC, but you can redeem your eligible SC for cash prizes. To request prize redemption, you’d have to meet the site’s 1x playthrough requirement and accumulate at least 100 SC that have met the playthrough requirements.

Who can use Amazon Jackpots’ services?

To use the site’s services, you’d have to be at least 18 years old and reside in a US state where the site is available. At the time of writing, it is available in all US states except New Jersey, New York, Washington, Idaho, Louisiana, Tennessee, Michigan, Connecticut, Nevada, California, Montana, and Delaware. Once you meet the site’s eligibility requirements and would like to use its services, here are the steps of the Amazon Jackpots sign up process:

1. Tap our on-page banners to visit the official Amazon Jackpots website.

2. Hit the “Join Now” button at the top right of the page.

3. Input your email and password in the boxes provided on the sign-up page.

4. Affirm that you’re of legal age and don’t reside in a restricted location and that you agree to the site’s T&Cs and Privacy Policy.

5. Hit the “Join Now” button.

6. Complete your profile by providing your personal details as requested by the site.

7. Claim your welcome bonus and start using the site.

It took us under a minute to get signed up to the site. You should be able to create your account within that time, too.

Here are our thoughts after testing Amazon Jackpots’ features

After running some tests, here’s what we think about the site’s services:

The game collection is missing some categories

Find a variety of Amazon Jackpots titles

Unlock free gaming at Amazon Jackpots

We found a little over 700 casino-style games that are provided by 20+ gaming studios. Some of the top gaming studios the site partners with include Habanero, Betsoft, Fantasma, NetEnt, Playson, and Relax Gaming. Most of the available titles in the game lobby are slots, but there are also fish shooting games and arcade games. That said, we didn’t find any online table games or live dealer games at the time of our review.

Some of our recommended Amazon Jackpots games include Zombie Western, CCTV Game: Rush Hour, Shark Fight, and King of the Sky: Hit the Bonus.

New players have enough to get started at the site

We found two types of welcome offers on the site. There’s a no-purchase Amazon Jackpots bonus that awards 3,000 GC to new players who’ve completed the sign-up process. You don’t need a bonus code to activate this offer. Simply sign up, and the offer’s yours.

We also found an optional first GC pack purchase offer for new players. With this promotion, if you make optional GC pack purchases worth $20, you’ll get 112,000 GC, and a complimentary 65 SC bonus, and a spin of the Welcome Wheel. Some of the other rewards that your first GC pack purchase activates include:

• 8 days of MEGA welcome rewards.
• Surprise prize drops.
• Daily bonus (free SC daily).
• Exclusive daily offers.
• Power Boost (free GC and free SC).
• Premium Wheel with each GC purchase.
• VIP Stars.
• Weekly scratch cards.

However, you don’t need to purchase GC packs thanks to the site’s free-to-play model. As we learned during our Gleaming Slots review, GC pack purchases should serve as a way to extend play sessions.

Amazon Jackpots is easy to use on PC and mobile devices

Finding our way around Amazon Jackpots wasn’t difficult. There are banners displaying the site’s offers at the top of the page, a search feature, and tabs that take you to different categories in the game library. To the left of the screen are more buttons that take you to different sections of the site.

The main game lobby is categorized by software providers and game features, so finding your preferred games is easy. Towards the bottom of the page is a list of software providers, and at the footer are links to the site’s documents and support, among other things.

All the tabs and buttons were highly responsive, and the games and web pages loaded quickly, thus increasing the site’s ease of use. The dark background and brightly colored game tiles are also reminiscent of the color schemes we observed during our TheBoss Casino review.

We didn’t find a dedicated Amazon Jackpots app at the time of review, but the site’s fully optimized for mobile browsers, so you can still use its services on the go. Simply type the site’s URL into your mobile browser and start playing. When we tested the mobile site on an Android smartphone, we had access to the same functionality and features available on the desktop version.

There are fast and reliable payment options available

Similar to our experience during our CoinsBack Casino review, Amazon Jackpots supports optional GC pack purchases via cards (credit/debit), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. That said, the availability of the supported payment methods depends on your location, device, issuer, and browser. GC pack purchases are often fast, and the GCs are credited to your account once the transaction has been completed.

At the moment, you’d only be able to redeem your eligible SC for cash prizes via a valid debit card that’s registered in your name. Besides meeting the prize redemption requirements that we mentioned earlier, you must verify your profile before requesting prize redemption. The time it takes for your cash prize to get to you can be up to 72 hours.

Support could be better

During our time at Amazon Jackpots, we only found one support option: email. It takes up to 48 hours to get a response from the support team, but you’d still get a detailed and professional response. Live chat support is increasingly available at sweepstakes casinos, so we think Amazon Jackpots could have done better with its support.

The site also offers indirect support via its Help Center, which houses multiple articles. These articles cover different aspects of the site’s operations, including optional GC pack purchases, prize redemption, bonuses, and player eligibility requirements. It’s a good place to get information about how the site works before you start using its services.

Is Amazon Jackpots legit?

Since it runs on a free-to-play model and complies with US sweepstakes rules, Amazon Jackpots doesn’t require a traditional gaming license to operate. However, the site is operated by Mamba Limited, which is incorporated in the Isle of Man. It also complies with local legislation and sweepstakes rules, which is why it isn’t available in all US states.

Amazon Jackpots deploys advanced SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. It also has strict Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to minimize fraud and underage gaming.

We found a dedicated responsible social play page where the site details the tools and resources that it offers to players. Some of the tools we found on this page include optional GC pack purchase limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion, and self-assessment.

Existing players aren’t left out

Besides the welcome offers for new players, Amazon Jackpots features several promotions for its existing players. Here’s a quick look at the top ones we found on the “Promotions” page:

Conclusion – We’d recommend Amazon Jackpots sweepstakes casino

There are a couple of reasons why we’d recommend the site to anyone who asked us. For starters, it’s easy to use on PC and mobile devices. Plus, new players get a decent bonus to get started with at the site. You’ll find lots of top slots and arcade games at the site, and its reward system keeps existing players engaged. Amazon Jackpots also supports fast and reputable options for GC pack purchases and prize redemption.

On the flip side, we think the customer support could be better, and the game library would be a lot more fun if it had table games and live dealer games. That said, the site does a lot of things right. If you’d like to see things for yourself, hit the on-page banners and follow the prompts to get in.
