Viktor disabled in LoL esports
In FLY vs DIG, DIG paused game 2 for a long time because there was a visual bug with Viktor's E. The refs weren't able to chronobreak the bug or anything, so they had to remake the game and disable Viktor for the series.
But the bug is still there and the next patch (the playoffs patch) already has its build ready for release. So Viktor might just stay disabled for all playoffs even though he's one of the contested picks?
