Everything you need to know about the C3S1 FNCS Grand Finals
We might not be getting a season-ending event in Chapter 3 Season 1, but we will be getting an FNCS to cap the season.
After a month of qualifications and a weekend of Semi-Finals, we’re down to our top 50 teams in each region.
Ahead, we’ll cover everything you need to know about the event, including the Format, schedule, how to watch, and more.

Schedule
The Finals will be another two-day event with the top 50 teams from each region.
The Grand Finals will begin on March 5 and run through March 6.
Here’s the timing of the Grand Finals in each region:
- Europe: 6:00 pm BST – 9:00 pm BST
- NA-East: 5:00 pm EST – 8:00 pm EST
- NA-West: 6:00 pm PST – 9:00 pm PST
- Brazil: 3:00 pm EST – 6:00 pm EST
- Asia:4:00 am EST – 7:00 am EST
- Oceania: 4:00 am EST – 7:00 am EST
- Middle East: 11:00 am EST – 2:00 pm EST
Epic Games
Format
The format for this FNCS season was a bit different for qualifiers. That’s over now, which means we’re back to (basically) normal in the Finals.
The only difference from previous seasons is the Match Point variable. Now, teams that reach 500 points will be able to secure the tournament win if they win a game.
This also means that the team with the most points may not win. A team with 600 points would lose to a team with 500 points if the latter team secures a win in the final game.
This is a niche circumstance but it could spice things up in the Finals.
Broadcast & Twitch Drops
As usual, players will be able to earn Twitch Drops by watching the FNCS on Twitch.
All you need to do is link your Twitch and Epic Games accounts with one another, watch the FNCS, and claim your Twitch drops.
This season, we’ll be able to earn a back bling variant, spray, and emoticon.
Teams
Teams were able to qualify directly for Finals through the Open qualifiers this season, which led to a long list of teams before Semi-Finals even began.
After that, each team to win a game in the Semi-Finals went right to the Finals along with the top six teams of each day.
