Hoshimachi Suisei collabs with Converse, here’s the release date

Hoshimachi Suisei officially has her own pair of Converse shoes, and fans can’t wait for the release date.

The year 2024 has been a spectacular one for the vtuber industry. The year featured milestones like VShojo demon queen Ironmouse dethroning Kai Cenat and taking over Times Square to AZKi voicing the Yahoo! GPS. Hoshimachi Suisei is another name that has been making waves in the vtuber scene. Her song BIBBIDIBA reached over 100 million views, the most of any Hololive talent music video.

The Hololive vtuber also collaborated with Disney by voicing a character in Moana 2.  The virtual idol is on a roll and has no intentions of stopping, especially after her most recent announcement. Suisei will soon become the first Hololive talent to collaborate with Converse for a limited run of shoes.

When is the release date of the Suisei x Converse shoes?

The HololiveTV X account announced that Hoshimachi Suisei will collaborate with Converse and merchandise will be released in February 2025.

The tweet didn’t have many details other than a release date of February 2025. Accompanying the announcement was a picture of Suisei surrounded by shoes, a microphone, and her plushies. The vtuber has collaborated with Converse before but only t-shirts, a microphone, and some writing material were sold. The picture implies even more merch than before, most notably a pair of shoes.

At the time of the first collab, fans wondered why the shoe company didn’t release Suisei shoes. Since then fans have been eagerly waiting for another collaboration between Suisei and Converse so they can walk around in style. Suise’s surge in popularity likely convinced Converse to pull the trigger on official shoes, a milestone moment for the idol.

How to buy Suisei Converse shoes

Details about the collaboration will be revealed at a later date. Based on the past Suisei and Converse collaborations, the merch will be available for pre-order for a limited time. This means fans will need to purchase the shoes fast or risk losing out. So it’s important to know where and how they can purchase the shoes as soon as they are released.

Purchasing the Suisei shoes will likely be a simple task and fans should be able to find them on the Converse Japan website upon release. HololiveTV stated that more details will be revealed soon, before the February 2025 release.
