The race for the VCT EMEA Stage 2 crown is down to its final chapter. Karmine Corp has already locked in its place in the Grand Final, leaving FUT Esports and Team Liquid to clash in a high-stakes lower bracket showdown. With one team awaiting its challenger and two fighting for survival, the upcoming matches will decide who takes home the regional title.

Karmine Corp has already booked its spot in the grand final. Following the VCT EMEA Stage 2 format, Team Liquid and FUT Esports will be competing against each other in the lower bracket final to secure the last slot in the grand final.

Karmine Corp advanced to the grand final after defeating FUT Esports in the upper bracket final by a score of 2-0. Karmine Corp dominated on both Lotus and Haven with a great performance by N4RRATE, who mainly helped the team achieve the victory. N4RRATE finished with the stats of 46 kills, 326 ACS, and 193 ADR, whereas L3wN proved to be consistent with 252 ACS.

Despite a superb individual performance by yetujey, who delivered 263 ACS and 181 ADR, FUT was unable to match the consistency shown by KC. The discipline and round conversions demonstrated by KC enabled them to complete the series without any losses.

Simultaneously, Team Liquid managed to keep its tournament hope alive after sweeping Fire Flux Esports 2-0 in the lower bracket semifinal. Liquid won both Haven and Lotus, with each match ending in a close 13-10 victory for them, thereby eliminating Fire Flux from the tournament and moving on to its next faceoff against FUT.

Predictions: FUT Esports vs Team Liquid will be very close

The match between FUT Esports and Team Liquid in the lower bracket final can turn out to be the most tightly fought match of the playoffs of VCT EMEA Stage 2. After washing out Fire Flux Esports, Liquid comes to this match with full confidence, whereas FUT eagerly wants to bounce back after losing against Karmine Corp 0-2. Even after having good players like yetujey and s0pp in its ranks, who can capitalize on even the slightest mistake, FUT should not take Team Liquid lightly.

Should Liquid advance, they will set up a grand final rematch with Karmine Corp- a team currently running hot after sweeping FUT 2-0. KC’s standard best-of-three dominance is driven by N4RRATE’s massive firepower, but their adaptability and disciplined round conversions make them an exceptionally brutal matchup over a marathon best-of-five series. While Liquid boasts elite clutch potential and mechanical skill in nAts and trexx, taking down KC will require them to maintain rigid strategic discipline across all five maps – something Liquid has struggled to sustain in high-stakes series this season.
