• The VCT Pacific Stage 2 begins with a group stage (two groups) that follows single round-robin format, where every match is played as a best-of-three series. Unlike Stage 1, only the top two teams from each group advance directly to the playoffs. Teams that end up finishing in third to sixth place get an extra chance at the newly introduced play-ins stage.
• The play-ins take place from August 13 to 24. This stage includes the eight VCT Pacific teams that came third to sixth in the Group Stage, along with four external Challengers teams. All 12 teams compete in a double-elimination bracket against each other, and four teams qualify for the playoffs.
• The tournament ends with the playoffs, which runs from August 28 to September 6. The teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket to determine the champions.
