Bilibili Gaming stomps Top Esports to win the LPL Split 2 2026
Bilibili Gaming just faced Top Esports in the grand final of the LPL Split 2 2026. While BLG joined from the loser’s bracket, they beat TES and made it look easy. Despite starting two hours later than the LCK, the LPL’s match finished first. With that 3-0 done, BLG will be China’s first seed at the 2026 Mid-Season Invitational.
Bilibili Gaming beats Top Esports 3-0
BLG spent all of those three games ahead of TES. The first game broke open through repeated skirmishes. While some of them went TES’ way, BLG slowly accrued a lead that eventually became insurmountable.
At the 20-minute mark, they were 9k gold ahead with a total of 28 kills in the game. Finishing just shy of 25 minutes, the opening map concluded with 41 kills.
The second game remained even for longer, but BLG was decidedly in the driver’s seat again come mid game. TES kept fighting and actually managed to mitigate the losses this time, with their opponent regularly getting caught. However, Zhuo “Knight” Ding made himself the bane of their existence, as Top Esports would die anywhere he went. The game took longer than it should have, but after 45 kills, BLG was up 2-0.
TES actually remained even until minute 20 on the third map. Then, BLG won a single dragon fight and it was curtains. Top Esports showed no opposition from that point on, and the 3-0 was theirs in 28 minutes. The series totaled 112 kills in 93 minutes.

The golden road remains open as BLG goes to MSI
These two teams will compete at the 2026 Mid-Season Invitational starting June 28. So far, Bilibili Gaming has won every tournament they’ve played in 2026. Three down, three more to go, and MSI is the first step ahead of them.
BLG won First Stand with little opposition, only being put in trouble by BNK FearX then losing one game to G2 Esports. At MSI, they’ll be the team to beat alongside the LCK representatives.
In the LPL Split 2 playoffs, they were as scary as an international winner should be. BLG dropped a single game against the rest of the top four, going 9-1 against JD Gaming, Anyone’s Legend, and Top Esports.
In fact, this is only the second time in the past ten years that a team has won three LPL playoffs in a row. Usually, two teams trade the title back and forth.
Instead, the only team that made them sweat was the 1-13 Team WE. BLG went 4-5 in the playoffs against the last place team, barely managing to win game 5 against them in the loser’s finals.
In the process, they did expose BLG’s weaknesses: teamfights that remain lackluster. At MSI, Bilibili Gaming will face the LCK again, and they’ll have taken notes of that.
However, the LPL is 9-6 against Korea at MSI, and 9-2 against LCK teams that aren’t Gen.G. At their fifth back-to-back Mid-Season Invitational, will Bilibili Gaming continue their 2026 golden road?
