C9 vs SEN LCS prediction: Cloud9

This is the final week of the LCS 2026 Summer Split. While the playoff participants are locked, Cloud9 vs Sentinels can still determine several placements. Whichever one wins this match grabs the third place while the other is stuck in fourth. Additionally, Sentinels can go up to second place if LYON loses to Disguised.

Cloud9 vs Sentinels match overview

Betting tips: Cloud9 always finds a way to turn a series around if they start losing to an opponent not named Team Liquid or LYON. Sentinels should be no exception.

My Cloud9 vs Sentinels pick: Under 2.5 games at 1.72 odds via GG.BET.

Cloud9 vs Sentinels match analysis

In week 6, C9 showed exactly the form that the community expects of them. Cloud9 has solid bases, they will put up a valiant effort against LYON and Team Liquid, but they’re not up to the task. However, every other opponent is beneath them.

The other teams regularly strike C9 and become hopeful, but they never manage to push it across the finish line. Robert “Blaber” Huang is regularly Cloud9’s downfall, but he’s also a rock that lower-ranked teams never manage to push aside. Early counterjungling, mid-jungle plays in the side lane, and most importantly very consistent objective steals, C9’s opponents have to buy their leads and then fight to keep them.

Philippe “Vulcan” Laflamme is also a regular LCS MVP for a reason. Between keeping up the vision, fighting 2v2s, and being at the right place faster than his opponents, Vulcan makes the game particularly hard to navigate for the other team.

As for Sentinels, they’ve so far made a solid claim for being a top four or five team in the LCS. SEN hasn’t been memorable in the LCS Summer Split, except for their one win against LYON. While they’re the only team that managed to beat them, it has to be noted that they were still playing without Kacper “Inspired” Słoma.

Sentinels beat the bottom two teams, won against FlyQuest, and lost to Shopify Rebellion. Logically, this should place them right in the middle of the league. As a team full of players who can achieve great things but most of the time don’t, there isn’t much to say about them. If they can beat Cloud9 to finish the regular season, they will be a worthy contender for top three and prove that they didn’t only beat LYON thanks to the absence of Inspired.

Cloud9 vs Sentinels betting picks and predictions

This should be a simple win for C9. Sentinels has resilience, but resilience only gets you so far against a team that won’t throw.

Best picks

  • Total games under 2.5: The more weeks pass, the more the new C9 roster gels together. Without ways to take an advantage off the mid or bot lane, SEN shouldn’t win a game.
