Both teams have gone winless in the past week. Gen.G lost to Dplus KIA and a T1 that has seen better days, and HLE lost to both DK and KT Rolster.

Hanwha Life Esports has clearly not given up on their constant-fighting ways. Still worthy of their title as an honorary LPL team, they’re happy if every wave they farm contains six minions and one champion.

Ultimately, the jungle promises to be the most volatile part of this match-up, as well as the pivotal point. In the current meta, the jungle and support duo affects everything from the very beginning of the game.

This series is also crucial for both teams. There are only six matches left in the regular season of the LCK. Currently, all five Legend teams are within two wins of each other, from 13-7 to 15-5. Worse, DK, who sit at the bottom, is making a powerful resurgence.

That means there are only six matches to avoid being the team at the bottom that’ll have to go through the play-in. Similarly, all of them aim for the top two to skip the first round of the playoffs. Everything is decided within three weeks, and all five Legends teams are solid contenders.
