Taric, supporting the support

Taric is an excellent support, whose main weakness is being slow and short-ranged. Opponents can dodge his stun or simply stay away from him, neutering his utility.

However, Ashe removes that weakness. With a long-range slow on her Volley, she can allow her support to reach the opponents. Then, her repeated slows on basic attacks ensure Taric can land his stun. While in melee range, Taric can continuously refresh his stun. That way, Ashe’s HP stays topped up despite her own lack of mobility.

Seraphine is one of the best supports for Ashe for three reasons, all of them regarding range.

• Poke: Seraphine’s Q pairs up well with Ashe’s long-range W and basic attacks.
• Slows: Seraphine’s E is empowered against slowed targets. A simple E will turn into a root, and a doublecast will stun.
• Ult combo: Ashe can engage from long range with her ult, and Seraphine can follow suit. The duo can string together over 6 seconds of hard CC.

Braum, the Freljord synergy

Braum and Ashe together have slows and stuns for days. Beyond that, they can also dish out surprising damage. Akin to Taric, Braum also values Ashe’s ability to help him reach his targets. In return, his ultimate and E protect her well from threats that would exploit her low mobility.

Milio, a song of ice and fire

Milio is one of the best Ashe supports thanks to how much he facilitates auto-attacks. The support’s W increases Ashe’s already high range, and his E gives movement speed to combine with the slows.

Milio’s passive gives Ashe an oppressive early game, and his heals and shields make it hard to trade back. Lastly, his Q and ult can save the archer from dives or long-range crowd control.
