Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut has always been integral to Vitality’s success and he’s posted big numbers throughout 2025. The numbers he’s posting in Austin are even bigger, though. Heading into the grand finals he has an eye-popping 1.49 rating with a K/D ratio above 1.8. Those border on unsustainably good numbers, but he’s not alone.

Robin “ropz” Kool is also in the midst of one of his best tournaments of 2025, and could hit that mark by finals’ end. Given his overall performance this year and the strength of competition, that’s an impressive feat.

All this is to say that The MongolZ won’t just have to beat Vitality; they’ll have to beat possibly the sharpest version of Vitality seen this year. While Azbayar “Senzu” Munkhbold is having an exceptional showing of his own, the team hasn’t really undergone any sort of serious transformation. A polished version of The MongolZ might be able to beat Vitality on an off day, but this version of Vitality? That’s hard to imagine.
