Cloud9 vs FlyQuest: Best betting odds for the LCS Summer Split
Cloud9 will face FlyQuest as their major test before the week 6 roadshow where they’ll go up against LYON. So far, they’ve racked up two shaky wins against the bottom spots in the LCS. As for FlyQuest, they’re clearly behind the top two and need to prove that they can at least beat Cloud9.

Betting tips: Cloud9 came close to losing against Dignitas, whose last win was six months ago. C9’s only saving grace was their opponents’ subpar level, and FlyQuest will not give them this luxury.

Cloud9 vs FlyQuest match analysis
In terms of match results, both teams have so far gone according to the expectations in the LCS. They lost against Team Liquid (and LYON for FLY), they won against the rest. The main difference is that FlyQuest has faced both of the top two while C9 hasn’t gone up against LYON.
However, Cloud9’s wins were against the bottom of the barrel, the two winless teams of the LCS. Dignitas hasn’t won since early February, and Disguised is winless this split as well. While FLY also found their victory against DSG, they were far more convincing.
In both winning series, C9 showed major individual mistakes and flaws in their coordination. Robert “Blaber” Huang tends to be the decider of a game through either good or bad plays, and Lee “Loki” Sang-min has been banned from using Realm Warp on Ryze.
Half of Cloud9’s victories are stomps, and their ceiling is definitely powerful. The problem is that the other half is messy, not to mention their losses. While Philippe “Vulcan” Laflamme is their one consistent rock, everyone else has aggressive tendencies that can hand them victories just as well as defeats.
Against them, FlyQuest is similar when it comes to going up in the opponents’ faces. That’s why they get decisive wins against lower opponents, and hopeless losses against better ones. When their opposition stands up to them and outskills them mechanically, their only strategy is to keep trying the same thing.
Cloud9 will respond to their attacks in kind. The unknown is who has the upper hand then.

Cloud9 vs FlyQuest betting picks and predictions
There is no way to make a bet with high confidence there, as FLY is too volatile and C9 can’t be trusted either way. What roster they’ll start isn’t even certain, as their former ADC and mid are still part of the team. That said, FlyQuest can reasonably drag Cloud9 down by playing too fast and get the win that way. Given the odds, that makes them a good pick.
