Both Full Sense and Global Esports have qualified for VALORANT Masters London. This will be the first time both organizations will be playing in an international tournament. Each of these teams finished as the third seed in their group during the VCT Pacific Stage 1 group stage.

In the playoffs, they won both their matches to secure a spot in the upper bracket final. This will be a best-of-three series, with the winner qualifying for the grand final, where they gain map veto advantage.

This will be the first time these two teams will be facing off against each other. Interestingly, the Full Sense roster is the previous Talon Esports roster that the current coach of Global Esports, Hector “FrosT” Rosario, previously coached for.

Therefore, it will be an interesting storyline to see the coach face his former teammates.

Our prediction

During the playoff bracket, Full Sense have been having a smooth run. They didn’t lose a single map in the previous two matches against Kiwoom DRX and T1.

Global Esports, on the other hand, defeated RRQ 2-0, but the match against Paper Rex was an intense 2-1 affair.

In the final map of that fixture, Global Esports shut down Paper Rex on their best map, Breeze, with a scoreline of 13-5. If we glance at the VALORANT betting odds, Full Sense are the slight favorites.

The reason for this is due to both teams stepping up and being the dark horses in this competition. One of the players who could decide this match is Full Sense’s primary duelist, Papaphat “primmie” Sriprapha. During the playoffs, he has had an ACS of 329, the highest of any player.

The other player to keep an eye on is John Patrick “PatMen” Mendoza as he has played an instrumental role for his team. Given Full Sense’s strong win rate on Pearl, Global Esports will likely veto the map.

We predict Full Sense will win 2-0. Furthermore, during VCT Pacific Stage 1, Full Sense has lost all of its series that went to the final map. Therefore, if Global Esports win the first map, there is a higher chance of them winning the series.
