Karmine Corp was expected to bomb out of LoL Worlds 2026, and Bilibili Gaming was a favorite. Yet on October 26 at 7pm CET / 10am PT, they will meet as equals in the 1-1 pool. With the lower teams being stacked, falling to 1-2 might be an anticipated death sentence. The markets have Bilibili Gaming as the strong favorite in the LoL Worlds Swiss Stage.

Why the market favors Bilibili Gaming

BLG has some of the best individual players on their team. Several people in their roster can take on the carry mantle, and that includes the support. Zhuo “Knight” Ding is the current best mid laner in the world, and he’s even consistent.

Besides him, there’s Chen “Bin” Ze-Bin who’s the best at carry top laners. Then, BLG’s jungle and support put up just as much pressure, and Park “Viper” Do-hyeon provides one area of consistency for the LPL’s second seed.

Bilibili Gaming spends their entire game trying to up the tempo and to move the game forward. In most cases, the opposing team ends up tripping over themselves as they attempt to retaliate. Considering that BLG has players among the best ones in every role, that makes it very hard to play against them.

BLG’s main weakness is their teamfighting. In 2026, this area has improved slightly, and they can now be considered good at it, just not as good as for the rest of their gameplay. This is where Karmine Corp has a chance to strike.

KC has aggressive players who will try to go for the ego fights and demonstrate that they’re better. In the bot lane in particular, this will be the cause for either their success or their demise. When it comes down to it though, they have excellent teamfighting.

At times, this disappears and they’re suddenly fully disjointed. However, most of the time, this is where they shine, and what can allow them to overtake Bilibili Gaming. Odds remain stacked against them: BLG came one single game away from winning both other internationals, and they came three maps away from a 2026 Golden Road.

Traders overall agree with the sentiment. BLG is said to get away with yet another easy draw, as they should dismiss KC with ease. On the other hand, some still express doubts after Bilibili Gaming already lost to Movistar KOI.

Prediction: Bilibili Gaming to win

While BLG’s loss to MKOI makes it easy to doubt them, they quickly reminded everyone of what their real level was when they went up against Team Liquid. KC can definitely pull off an upset, especially in a best-of-one, but their holds aren’t solid enough for it to be likely. With their superior individual level, BLG should win the game.
