T1's profits are up 80% in 2025

T1 disclosed its audit report showing $58.8 million revenue for 2025. This number is a massive increase of over 80% from the previous year, as well as the first time the company recorded an operating profit since its creation.

T1’s record 2025 revenue

In 2025, T1 recorded a revenue of $58.8 million (88.6 billion won). In 2024, that figure was $32.5 million (49 billion won). This resulted in an operating profit of $1.7 million (2.5 billion won), and the first year to record a profit.

The company reported growth both locally and internationally. Sales for T1 nearly doubled in America from 2024 to 2025. In Europe, they went up by 50%, and in Asia, by 36%.

The most successful League of Legends team

T1 has been an established team since the dawn of League of Legends, winning their first World title all the way back in 2013 and still being the best team in 2026, now with six titles under their belt.

This success on the Rift is paired with solid branding. T1 produces a lot of merch. With the constant extension of their trophy case attracting more and more fans, they are the team with the biggest reach in League of Legends to sell their products, and this works out great.

Adding to that, they have the most iconic player in Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok as their mid-laner since 2013. Faker is a key component of the success of both the team and its merch.

Beyond merchandise, the team’s revenue greatly comes from sponsorships. The brand keeps on expanding its array of collaborations, and it pays off. Faker’s image is a centerpiece of this aspect as well. Earlier in 2026, Razer announced making an AI desk companion in the mid laner’s image.

On the other hand, T1 operates with massive costs, hence why the team only now started making a profit. With a huge staff, facilities, and players like Faker racking up large salaries, T1 showed that the recipe to turn such costs into profit is simply winning the LoL World Championship six times.
