BLG hasn’t managed to complete a golden road, and they’ve lacked the consistency to establish themselves as the best team in 2026. However, this puts them as “one of the best teams of 2026” without question, undoubtedly part of the top three in the world. Every time they’re doubted or make it seem like they would fall, they remind everyone why they’re in first place in the LPL.

After cycling through three different top laners throughout Split 3, BLG now has a six-man roster and can alternate between two players with their own strengths. Chen “Bin” Ze-Bin has his mastery of splitpushing champions and a great laning phase, while Li “Flandre” Xuan-Jun brings the team better macro.

While most other teams struggle with it, BLG is the one team that has a good track record with six-man rosters. Most importantly, Zhuo “Knight” Ding is still in good form as he has been all year long. During the Split 2 playoffs, he was the thorn in WE’s side, the one player to keep the series afloat for BLG. Even if the team fails as a whole, he could be able to bring it back.

As for Team WE, they sharply level up for the playoffs. In Split 2, they went from going 1-13 to destroying both BLG and Anyone’s Legend. This time again, they were a mid-tier team and now destroyed JD Gaming.

With a prodigy jungler in Wang “Monki” Meng-Qi, WE is one of the most aggressive teams in the league known for its bloodbaths. With their playstyle, they’re able to take even BLG by surprise.
