VCT Pacific Stage 1 playoffs tickets sell out in just 10 minutes

Riot Games released tickets for the playoffs of the VCT Pacific Stage 1 2026 earlier today. For the first time, the event is heading to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Within just 10 minutes, the three-day pass and the grand final tickets sold out.

The playoffs of VCT Pacific Stage 1 will be taking place at the Thiskyhall Sala Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh from May 15 to 17.

During the VCT 2025 season, we saw Riot Games host VCT Pacific Stage Two in Japan.

Sadly, due to VCT Pacific events taking place in South Korea and Japan, many fans in SEA, a key market for VALORANT esports, were feeling left out. Now, Riot is bringing a competition directly to the region as it prepares to bring VCT action to over 16 cities in 2027.

With the tickets for VCT Pacific Stage 1 grand final selling out in just 10 minutes, it shows the demand there is from SEA fans to attend VALORANT events in-person.

What benefits can fans expect for attending in-person?

In the past, we have seen various VALORANT Challengers events in SEA with packed crowds. An additional benefit for fans who attend will be that they can take part in on-ground activations, buy official VALORANT merch, and meet some of their favorite VCT players.

Back in 2025, during VALORANT Masters Bangkok, the tickets for the final days of the playoffs were completely sold out when they were released as well.

At the event, a lot of fans who attended were from countries like China, Thailand, Indonesia, and even Singapore. It does feel like during VCT Pacific Stage 1 playoffs, we will see a similar set of fans at the event showcasing their passion for VALORANT esports.
