Timur “FL4MUS” Maryev is OG’s new fifth CS2 player, the organization announced on November 27th.

With the addition of FL4MUS, OG completes the overhaul of its CS2 team, which also included the signing of former Astralis IGL Casper “cadiaN” Møller, and the benching of Christoffer “Chr1zN” Storgaard and Nico “nicoodoz” Tamjidi after the organization missed qualifying for the StarLadder Budapest Major.

The move sees FL4MUS return to more serious competition after spending the past months playing on mix teams with friends. Virtus.pro signed the 21-year-old for the 2025 season, but the Russian team cut his stint short after just six months.

According to Virtus.pro, FL4MUS joins OG on a “long-term loan,” and OG has a buyout option to acquire FL4MUS permanently during said loan. However, Virtus.pro reserves the right to “consider alternative proposals until that option is exercised.”

This is a good opportunity for FL4MUS to reignite his career. The Russian rifler made a name for himself in 2024, as he played very well in GamerLegion, but failed to make an impact amidst Virtus.pro’s struggles. Now, he’s back on an international team and will play under an IGL who made the most of aggressive riflers in the past.

OG mentioned in the announcement that FL4MUS will elevate the team’s ceiling with his “instinct, explosiveness, and raw mechanical ability.” The CEO of OG, Xavier Oswald, and FL4MUS commented on the transfer:

Xavier Oswald:

Bringing FL4MUS to OG is a major boost for our project. He is young, fearless, and already capable of delivering world-class performances. The community has been eager to see him shine again, and we share that excitement. His arrival strengthens our foundations and adds a new dimension to our roster.

FL4MUS:

I’m excited to join OG for this season. I want to show the best version of myself and contribute to a project that values both skill and identity. This is a great opportunity for me, and I’m ready to work hard, improve, and fight for the team.

FL4MUS will have a chance to prove his worth immediately, as the team will start their road towards qualifying for the IEM Cologne 2026 Major this weekend at DreamHack Knockout in Stockholm, Sweden.
