Riot reveals Arcane Vandal, the new rarest Valorant skin

Arcane 2.0 Valorant bundle has officially been revealed and it’s everything fans expected and more. Here’s all we know about Arcane Vandal and Gauntlets.

Riot’s hit show set in the League of Legends universe is merely a few days away. To mark the event, the developer has unveiled Valorant’s most coveted collector set, Arcane 2.0.  The Sheriff skin from Season 1 remains one of Valorant’s top cosmetic items, and the Arcane Vandal is expected to join the ranks of the game’s rarest skins.

On November 5, Riot Games officially shared a first look at the two cosmetics coming to Valorant, and players are already preparing their wallets.

Arcane 2.0 Vandal comes with showstopping animation

The new Arcane 2.0 Vandal and melee include a new finishing animation featuring references to the show.

The Arcane Gauntlet was intended to be the highlight of the bundle, but ever since Riot shared a first look at the Arcane Vandal, players have been eagerly eyeing it instead. The primary rifle skin draws inspiration from Jinx’s ultimate in LoL, with a shark head on the muzzle. Arcane show’s theme inspires the dark colors with pink and blue highlights on the skin.

However, it’s the audio and finisher animation that’s winning hearts. Arcane Vandal has a heavy sound, quite similar to Elderflame, a weapon famous for inducing a headshot placebo effect. Upon getting the last kill in the round with Arcane Vandal, a grand animation plays, which wraps up in a colorful “Boom” text across the screen. Aesthetically, this bundle is projected to be an instant hit in Valorant.

The gauntlets have the same flashy animation. It’s worth noting that the gauntlets aren’t a new weapon or cosmetic but are simply melee items that deal the same damage as any other knife in Valorant.

How much is the Arcane 2.0 bundle?

Arcane 2.0 will be priced higher than the original bundle’s 2,377 VP, as it includes two weapon cosmetics instead of one. Additionally, players will receive:

• “Arcane Sisters” Player Card
• “Arcane Enforcer” Gun Buddy
• “BLAH” Spray

All of these items combined may cost around 4,350 VP. Arcane 2.0 will be released on November 7 and will stay in the shop until December 5.
