valorant shotcall announced at valorant champions

VALORANT Champions 2025 will be taking place from September 12th. The top 16 teams in VALORANT Esports will face off to stand a chance to win $1 Million. Since last year we have seen the addition of Pickem’s within for various international VALORANT tournaments. In 2025, VALORANT announced a new feature called Shotcall. Here is everything you need to know about it.

All details about VALORANT Shotcall

VALORANT Shotcall is a new Twitch exclusive feature for the upcoming VALORANT Champions 2025 tournament. Players will be able to face off against fellow fans during the livestream to stand a chance to win prizes in VALORANT. The main goal of this feature is to increase the viewer experience during the livestream.

Since VALORANT Esports has been streaming on Twitch, fans have been able to bet using Twitch points on a given match through polls. There is no money needed to take part in these polls, with the goal being primarily bragging rights. That is a similar case to Pickems. Fans can share their prediction for which team will win matches. If the prediction is accurate, then fans receive points.

Similar to Pick ’em, players can receive in-game cosmetics while participating in VALORANT Shotcall. Unlike Pickems, Shotcall is all about real-time predictions. If the prediction comes true, players will receive points. Based on thier points total they will be provided a ranking as well. Below is a list of all rewards in VALORANT Shotcall during VALORANT Champions 2025:

  • Just Business Spray: Earn a total of 50 points across maps playing Shotcall
  • Ping Pong Buddy: Earn a total of 150 points across maps playing Shotcall
  • My Table, My Rules Player Card: Finish any single map of Shotcall during VALROANT Champions 2025 with a score that ranks in the top 3% of the global leaderboard

How to enable and take part in Shotcall

Below is a step-by-step guide on how VALORANT fans can enable VALORANT Shotcall:

  1. Head over to an official VALORANT Champions Tour Twitch channel
  2. Move your mouse over the video player of the stream. A red crystal ball icon will appear in the top left corner of the stream. Click it to open Shotcall and log in using your Riot Games ID.
  3. Once activated, it is suggested by Riot Games to enable audio so that fans do not miss a poll.

If VALORANT Shotcall is not appearing for you, look for the Twitch extension controls icon on the right side of the video, click it, and then ensure Shotcall is set to “visible.”

VALORANT Shotcall is slated to go live on September 12th. Fans will be able to enable the extension from the first match of VALORANT Champions, which is between Paper Rex and Xi Lai Gaming from 1 pm GMT. Fans must make sure to link their Riot Games ID to win Twtich Drops whilst watching VALORANT Champions 2025.
