The best way to level up operators in Delta Force

There are eight total operators in Delta Force, but players may not realize they can level up each operator to earn a plethora of rewards.

Delta Force’s global open beta released on December 4, 2024, attracting thousands of players on Steam. Players can currently compete in two primary modes, either a large Battlefield-like skirmish in Warfare or the Tarkov-esque extraction mode Operations. The operators in Delta Force provide players with unique abilities and playstyles, with two operators available for each of the four classes. But there’s more to do after the operators are unlocked, as each operator has their own progression path.

By leveling up each operator, players can unlock a variety of themed cosmetics.

How to level up operators in Delta Force

Delta Force players can level up operators by playing the game with additional professions unlocked by completing special missions.

Operators in Delta Force can be leveled up by completing missions located on their operator profile page. To visit each operator profile page, select an operator from the operators menu and hit C. On this page, there should be a set of three missions. Completing all three of the missions will unlock that level of rewards while also unlocking the next level of missions.

The level one missions for each operator are the same and very easy to complete. Players just need to use each of the operator’s three abilities one timee. At later levels, the operator missions offer a bit more challenge. Players will need to kill a specific number of enemies as that operator, deal damage, or use their operator abilities productively.

While players can complete these tasks in either Operations or Warfare matches, the quicker path is by playing Warfare matches. With respawns and more ongoing action, players will have far more opportunities to meet their mission goals playing Warfare instead of Operations.

Each operator’s level up reward path offers the same cosmetic types. Players get two sprays, some voice lines, a profile avatar, two player name cards, a calling card, and a weapon charm. Players can only access the profile page for operators that are already unlocked, so the secondary engineer, Uluru, is still currently unavailable. New operators should feature their own profile pages and level up missions in future updates.
