The latest League of Legends patch notes are patch 14.21, which includes many changes and adjustments. One significant adjustment is that of Swain.

The overhaul to Swain aims to make him a more well-rounded champion with a good playing experience. As a battlemage, he needs to wear down enemies whilst sustaining himself. That’s what these changes aim to ensure. Here are the adjustments to Swain:
The way bounties are working in the game has changed. It no longer relates to just kills and assists. It goes off gold earned. This is used with a calculation: every four gold earned equals one gold worth of bounty.
This patch returns past Halloween skins and introduces a new line of Dark Star skins. We have Dark Star skins for Kai’sa, Sylas, Yorick, Zoe, and Dark Cosmic Diana.

To celebrate LoL’s fifteenth birthday, Riot created player days. What are player days? You can earn ten days of rewards by playing at least one game a day across ten days. If you cannot get on each day to play, you can wait until the last day and play all ten games one after another.
To go with this patch, Riot has also created some fun skins to celebrate the LoL birthday. This shows in the release of the Esports Fan Trundle, Cosplayer Neeko, and the magnificent KDA Fan Gragas. There is also a new skin for Yasuo with the release of Genesis Nightbringer Yasuo.
