Despite the relative lack of variety in eSports games (which does affect the Betfair ratings), they sure do try to make up for it with the variety of tournaments. At the time of writing, we’re in the off-season for games like Dota 2 but there is still a great selection of others:

Tournaments are an essential part of eSports and no doubt there will be many more exciting opportunities to get involved when the new Dota 2 and LoL seasons begin in 2022.
Just as we said in the sports section, the odds at Betfair are competitive and as up to the minute as it’s possible to be. We’d recommend doing your research to make sure you find the right odds for you before betting. They are displayed both decimally and fractionally, which certainly helps!
While live streaming for eSports at Betfair is certainly available, it seems to be a little more limited than the sports streaming. This is, of course, due to the reduced amount of available games. The live streaming service is free but you must be registered with an account in order to view it. We don’t think this is a problem though, it’s simple and quick to sign up and let’s face it, it’ll be far easier to place that all important bet if you’re already signed up!
We’ve got to admit, we were a little disappointed with the choice of sports. Currently, it seems limited to just the three games, although they are certainly the 3 most popular games on the scene at the moment!
