As I found in my Jackbit review, Mystake use an AI bot to screen your question and try to provide a resolution before connecting you to a human. This is very common but does mean that you can face an unnecessary delay getting to the appropriate information. The FAQ section offers initial assistance but it’s pretty limited. Overall, this is an area I’d like to see Mystake improve on.
One of the first things you ask yourself before joining a site is: ‘is Mystake legit?’ I’m pleased to tell you that, after some thorough investigation, I found that Mystake is a safe platform. Like many other crypto casinos, Mystake holds a license from Curaçao. This isn’t the biggest selection ever, especially compared to the choice I found while compiling my esportsbet.io review but each one is covered in a lot of detail.

Each esport on Mystake has a huge number of tournaments and competitions from around the globe to bet on. For example, Counter-Strike alone offers the Challenger Cup, Nordic Masters Spring, ESL Challenger, CCT Series, and IEM Cologne. Each sport has a similar number of tournaments leading to an impressive number of betting opportunities. I was especially pleased to see that the Esports World Cup is a big deal on the site.
Esports odds at Mystake are broadly similar to the rest of the market, but can’t quite compete with some of the bigger sportsbooks. However, there’s not enough in it to detract from the many positives found in my Mystake review.
Odds are displayed in decimal format as default and are completely interactive so change frequently as the match progresses. They even change colour so you know that red means a drop in odds or green means they’re going up. Based on other reviews, this has had some very positive results already. However, my Mystake review did find a few areas that could be improved. The support is satisfactory but could be better.
