New Arcane characters in TFT.

Characters featured exclusively in Arcane are making now their debut into the video game world through TFT.

Games across the Riot catalog are celebrating the release of Arcane Season 2, the critically acclaimed show based off of League of Legends. Valorant, for instance, introduced a number of new skins and accessories, while League is pushing new event passes and champion outfits. Teamfight Tactics, or TFT, is taking a different approach. The game is adding in characters who aren’t champions but have recently made their big-screen debut.

Here are the new Arcane characters in TFT that will go live with patch 14.23.

All the new Arcane characters coming to TFT

Loris

Loris, Arcane Season 2.

First seen in Arcane Season 2, Loris is a member of Caitlyn’s early strike team dedicated to taking down Jinx. He tanks in both the show and TFT, using his shield to redirect a small amount of damage from allies.

Maddie

Maddie, a new Arcane character in TFT.

Maddie is another enforcer alongside Caitlyn and Vi, as well as a potential source of conflict between the two in Acts 2 and 3. She has the sniper trait and can fire six shots at a time toward the farthest enemy. The first shot also deals extra damage to who ever gets hit.

Powder

Powder, a young version of Jinx in Arcane.

Although Jinx is a mainstay in League of Legends and TFT, her younger counterpart Powder is new. The precocious, explosive child now comes with a wind-up monkey that detonates on enemy impact. Additionally, the toy can burn opponents and reduce healing.

Renni

Renni, a character from Arcane now in TFT.

One of the many chem-barons in Zaun, Renni makes her transition from Arcane to a playable character in TFT. She’s another tanky character, with the ability to throw opponents in the air and slam them back down to damage other nearby enemies.

Scar

Scar, a Firelight in Arcane.

Scar is one of the Firelights, a dedicated team working to destroy what’s left of Silco’s Shimmer operation and build something new. His ability allows him to throw bombs at the three closest enemies, which both stun and deal magical damage.

Sevika

Sevika, an Arcane character coming to TFT.

Previously Silco’s right-hand woman in Arcane, Sevika makes her TFT debut with a brand new arm designed by Jinx herself. Said new arm does three attacks decided at random: Flamethrower, Chomp, and Extendo-Arm.

Smeech

Smeech, a new character in Arcane and TFT.

Smeech may look like more of a rat than a Yordle, but maybe that’s what the poisoned air of Zaun does to a guy. He’s able to bounce around between enemies, so long as they have the fewest amount of items. If said enemy dies from the attack? Onto the next.

Steb

Steb, an Enforcer in Arcane Season 2.

Steb is the fifth and final member of Caitlyn and Vi’s team, a steadfast and silent enforcer. Not only can he heal himself when using magical attacks, his passive provides a small boost of healing to the two teammates closest to him.

Vander

Vander, an Arcane character coming to TFT.

Vander, the surrogate father of Jinx and Vi, may have died during Season 1,  but he’s still coming as a character in Arcane and TFT. He’s stronger when with family, or any one or two-cost champion really. Then, his empowered attacks really pack a punch.

Violet

Violet, the younger version of Vi in Arcane.

Just like her sister, Vi’s younger self is making her debut in TFT as Violet. She’s always been known as a brawler, and her in-game uppercuts and jabs make her a good offensive frontliner.

Players can choose their Arcane TFT champion on November 20, alongside trying out new mechanics like the Anomaly and new maps. Each has its own
