Here, we will look at the results from each group game and, ultimately, who advanced to the playoff stage.

Fluxo vs Sangal

Fluxo vs Nemiga
Nemiga won the series 2-1. It was extremely close, and the final game needed overtime to determine the eventual winner.
Sangal and Nemiga advanced from Group A. They will now play in the Playoff Stage.
Now, let’s look at how the teams from Group B did.
Solid vs Parivision
Fnatic vs Unpaid
There were no surprises in these opening games. Parivision and Fnatic were the favourites, and they both won their games.
Solid vs Unpaid
Unpaid made simple work of this and won the series 2-0.
Parivision vs Fnatic
This series was close in game one, but games two and three were heavily dominated by Fnatic, who won 2-1.
Parivision vs Unpaid
Both games were intense, and game one needed OT. Unpaid was an unlikely winner, taking the series 2-0.
The two teams to advance to the Playoffs were Fnatic and Unpaid.
In game one, we saw Sangal vs. Unpaid. The expected result was a Sangal win, but this was not the case. Unpaid won game one in dominating fashion, but Sangal did the same in game two. Game three was more tense, but Unpaid won, taking the series 2-1.
Then in game two had Fnatic, who had advanced from Group B without a defeat, whereas Nemiga suffered defeat. It looked like a likely win for Fnatic. But Nemiga overcame that earlier defeat and won the series 2-0, setting up a final with Unpaid.
In the final, we had Unpaid vs Nemiga. Unpaid took game one, which looked like an uphill battle for Nemiga. Losing game one in a final series can have a massive impact on a team’s mental state. Nemiga showed great character and mental strength to battle back and win game two. They then had the momentum to go on and win game three, meaning they won the series 2-1.
Nemiga Gaming’s first A-Tier title marked a significant moment in their year. B-Tier events have been their level all year, as they have shown dominance across them, but this victory shows improvement and a hunger for more success. For the latest Cs2 news, be sure to check our news page.
